Document FastCGI params set in /etc/nginx/phphandler.conf
Since it's not readable, at the very least I'd like to know the fastcgi_params passed, so I can determine when to include it. I'd also need to know the location blocks used. In fact, thinking about it, I don't know why it's not readable to the app user.
All nginx and handler configuration is readable!

Thanks for reporting this. Everything should be readable by now!
