SLA / SLA Plus with Hypernode
Is it possible to add SLA and SLA Plus to a Hypernode account? Now it's not possible for our clients to report a failure (or malfunctioning in the shop). And for Magento Pro packages an SLA is includes. We believe this would be a good add-on for hypernode

We have included an SLA on Hypernode Grow and Go Big. Both include the so called 'storingsmelder', so customers can report a failure. https://www.byte.nl/hosting/magento/prijzen
We have not yet added SLA Plus to Hypernode, so there's currently no support from Byte on malfunctions in the application. We are considering adding this feature in the future. Please let us know in the comment field what your thoughts are!
