Loggly / Logstash
Implement either Loggly (and perhaps with a sweet deal on the price) or have a ready to go Logstash installation to replace New Relic under HHVM. Having a comprehensive overview of Server, Apache, MySQL, Email and Magento logs together helps a lot with debugging
Backlog grooming… Besides the very useful blog from Peter Jaap we’ve also seen people using Supervisord to run several other log shippers

We wrote a blog about ELK + Hypernode + log-courier; https://elgentos.nl/blog/logging-magento-logs-with-elk-stack/

Hi,
On Hypernode you can use the installed log-courier to ship your logs to a remote ELK stack. We will be publishing an article some time soon with an example of how to set this up.
app@wifa9a-vdloo-magweb-do:~$ which log-courier
/usr/sbin/log-courier
app@wifa9a-vdloo-magweb-do:~$ /usr/sbin/log-courier
Please specify a configuration file with -config.-config string

-config-test

-cpuprofile string

-from-beginning
On first run, read new files from the beginning instead of the end
-list-supported

Filebeat seems a plausible way to go at this point in time.

For most people I'm sure some logshipper would suffice, such as File Beat. It could send logs to logstash or any number of SaaS solutions for logging.

Loggly / logstash or something similar is a great way to monitor and analyse your logs. No more sifting through text files etc, one look and you know whats going on.
If you have questions, want a demo or what else let me know!
