Which Hypernode features would you like to see?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

    Implement either Loggly (and perhaps with a sweet deal on the price) or have a ready to go Logstash installation to replace New Relic under HHVM. Having a comprehensive overview of Server, Apache, MySQL, Email and Magento logs together helps a lot with debugging

  2. letsencrypt SSL certificates

    to have https://letsencrypt.org/ implemented to have (at least on testing and acceptance) free SSL certificates. Would be great for testing purposes.

  4. Support varnish xkey extension

    Varnish xkey extension provides with possibility of soft purge of varnish cache - so users do to experience cache flushing. This is a nice feature that requires only installation of xkey extension and some config adjustments in vcl.

    Can you include support of Varnish xkey extension?

  5. Historical backups

    Hypernode has recovery backups in place, in case of explosions. Historical backups, a.k.a, point-in-time backups, are not supported yet.

  6. OTAP ondersteuning

    Graag zsm OTAP aanbieden zodat we een kopie van een hypernode webshop op de snelle servers kunnen draaien. Hiermee werken klanten in een exacte kopie van hun live (P) webshop zodat nooit meer in een live omgeving getest en gemuteerd hoeft te worden.

    Hi! We currently have a Vagrant image for local development (http://support.hypernode.com/changelog/release-771-vagrant-image/) and a local staging environment. (http://support.hypernode.com/changelog/release-1003-enable-local-staging-environment-beta/). We’ll keep improving those, so please keep your feedback coming. If you have OTAP-wishes that are not covered by those developments yet, please enter a new Idea, so others can support it and we can track its popularity.

  7. virtual user managementfor ssh access without app user permissions

    For security reasons, I would like to have the option to create, change and delete virtual linux users which could connect to the Hypernode using SSH and their own provided SSH key. Including a sudo look-a-like group which users could change to the app user. This to provide 3rd party engineers/applications access without giving full control to the app user.

  9. Varnish cache

    Varnish is currently on the roadmap for the Byte non-Magento platform. For Magento, it is not planned yet. For context, read https://www.jeroenvermeulen.eu/en/blog/varnish-versus-hhvm/ about the advantages of HHVM above Varnish.

  11. Update Varnish xkey module

    We would like to apply soft purge for our customer hosted on Hypernode, but installed version of the xkey module does not support purging by multiple tags. Newer version supports space separated tags in softpurge() call.

    Please upgrade the module.

  13. Solr integration

    I found out that you already installed Solr on the server, but could you guys give us feedback on how to integrate it on Magento CE? With the default settings and Solr extension from Jeroen Vermeulen I was unable to connect to the Solr settings.

  15. SLA / SLA Plus with Hypernode

    Is it possible to add SLA and SLA Plus to a Hypernode account? Now it's not possible for our clients to report a failure (or malfunctioning in the shop). And for Magento Pro packages an SLA is includes. We believe this would be a good add-on for hypernode

  20. More resources for hypernodes

    The resources should be increased to provide a good alternative to dedicated servers. I can't sell a hypernode account with 2gb RAM if my client can get a server with 32gb RAM and ssd's for 30 euro's less.
